INFORMATION SOURCE:
Our data is compiled from the legal complaints filed in the County Courts by the foreclosing lenders. We publish new forclosure complaints for all 21 New Jersey Counties.
PROPERTY TYPES & DATA INFORMATION:

Properties listed in our database include: single family home, multi-family homes, apartment complexes, commercial real estate, office buildings, retails stores, shopping centers, industrial properties and raw land.

Our listings contain the information used in the Original Foreclosure Complaint, and includes: Docket Number, Date Filed, Property Address, City, County, Zip Code, Lot Number, Block Number, Original Loan Amount, Original Loan Date, Original Interest Rate, Monthly Payment, Plaintiff's Name, Plaintiff's Attorney's Name and Phone Number, and the Defendant's Name.

PROPERTY STATUS :

The listings in our database are commonly known as "Pre-Foreclosures". These properties have not yet been foreclosed, nor are they owned by the lender.

Properties listed in our database appear approximately 8-12 months before the actual sherriff's sale. This allows Members ample time to conduct all necessary research, negotiate with the property owner, then obtain financing to complete the transaction.

Until the Sheriff's Sale is completed, the properties are still owned by the Defendants. The Defendant (property owner) is the only one who can sell or transfer ownership of the property.
LISTING UPDATES:
Listings in our Foreclosure Database are updated weekly at the beginning of each week. New Listings are displayed for 30 days, then transferred to our Archive Database.
FORECLOSURE & ARCHIVE SEARCHES:
Members can Search the Foreclosure Database easily by clicking on the County and then the Zip Code. Summaries of properties in that County will appear alphabetically by City. Click on the Details to see more property information or review more listings. To Search the Archive Database, select a County, a Zip Code and a Year. Summaries of properties in County will appear alphabetically by City.
